Coached by Lori and Colleen Includes: *Daily steps to guide you as to exactly what you need to do that day! *Custom Meal Plan w/Personalized Shopping List *Before and After Inbody Scans that tell you your Percentage of bone mass, muscle mass and fat mass *4 Workouts a week, led by us that will include Kickboxing, Superset Chisel, Gentle Flow and Recovery *A little extra Homework to spice things up! *Private Discussion page on the app where you will find all the accountability you could want and need. *Personalized weekly accountability check-ins from Colleen and Lori. *A private Instagram Page to find helpful videos, recipes, tips and more. *Live and In-person workouts as weather and restrictions will allow *Local group Hikes and walks as weather and restrictions will allow We are super excited to offer you this well rounded approach to a 6 week challenge. We want to help you get back on track, make your physical and mental health a priority. It's our goal to help you feel stronger, get back to a healthy place and hopefully drop a few inches and pounds along the way. This is not a restrictive challenge. It's about 80/20! 80 Percent of the time you will strive to follow the steps and eat clean. We all have bad days and we all need a treat every now and then - thus the 20 Percent! It's got to be sustainable! This is a lifestyle change - not a diet! We are excited to coach and encourage you as well as hold you accountable. We look forward to seeing you soon!
