Monster Energy Supercross - The Official Videogame 2: The Best Racing Simulation Game of 2019
If theres one thing that Monster Energy Supercross 2 - The Nightmare Pack is, its better at being generic. It has the same features as the last version but gets rid of the signature look and feel that makes the game so appealing. If youre a big Monster Energy fan, there are much better versions of the game out there. If youre looking for a more generic racing simulation, theres the next version.

Let Monster Energy Supercross 2 - The Nightmare Pack be your first step into the world of xGames. Its a fun little game that stays on the edge of reality but never quite manages to plunge over the edge.
Being the first step into a genre is a tricky one to take, but Monster Energy Supercross 2 - The Nightmare Pack is an absolute joy and definitely something that youd be proud to recommend to your friends. Its certainly not the game for the hardcore, but if you enjoy a bit of a challenge or like being transported to another world, theres no better alternative.
When the first game came out in 2018, it was a close match with two competitors - Monster Energy Supercross and Monster Energy Supercross. Soon after, I started hearing a lot of rumors about a sequel, which had a new game engine and was supposedly going to be themed to two-stroke bikes. Monster Energy Supercross was one of the few games to already have 2-stroke bikes, and it had a pretty cool set of events. So, it was easy for me to jump ship from MES and root for its sequel. But after the release of MES3, those hopes were dashed. I felt like it was a good game but I wasn't too impressed by it. Then I watched Monster Energy Supercross dominate at the Monster Energy Gran Prix in New Jersey. I was on board once again, and at the time of writing this, it has emerged as the favorite for the game of the year on YouTube with over 7 million views.
